Everybody was expecting to see Panjaa breaking first day record of Oosaravelli, not to forget that Panjaa made more buzz with his first look release on the same day when Oosaravelli released. In Ceeded, Panjaa did not live up to the expectations which hampered the chances of breaking the record.
It reaffirms the fact that movies cannot be made to run with publicity. It has taken only one day to wipe out the buzz created for two months in the build up to Panjaa release. On first day Panjaa collected 5.8Cr in Andhra Pradesh replacing Dookudu, which collected 5.73Cr, as second highest grosser in the history of Telugu film industry. Oosaravelli leads the table with 7.3Cr.
