Bellamkonda grabs Suriya's 'Maatraan' for 17 Crores

Tollywood's remake and dubbing movie specialist Bellamkonda Suresh bagged yet another Tamil movie which will be dubbed to Telugu. If reports are to be believed, Bellamkonda Suresh has bought the remake rights of Suriya's Kollywood upcoming movie Maatraan.

Recently it was reported that he bought the rights of Vettai.He is often referred as remake Maniac in the industry, because of his obsession with remake movies. Now he turns to the big one.

Surya's upcoming film Maatraan under the direction of K V Anand is currently in shooting phase. As per the makers of Maatraan, Maatraan will be Surya's biggest release till date. Now the latest news is that, Maatraan's Telugu rights are sold to Bellamkonda Suresh for a whopping amount of 17 Crores.

The movie was shot in various locations in Russia, European Countries and Tamil Nadu. Kajal Aggarwal is playing female lead role in the movie. KV Anand is directing the movie and Harris Jayaraj is composing music.Producer is banking on these big names to mint the money. AGS Entertainment is producing the movie. The movie is scheduled to hit big screens on June 2012.
