Why Balayya can't contest against Chiru?

The war of words between megastar chiranjeevi and Nandamuri Balakrishna is not going to die soon. With each passing day the two are coming up with a new statement or comment. The latest is the salve by Balakrishna saying that he is ready to contest against Chiru! Reacting to this, chiranjeevi said that anyone wss free to enter politics and contest elections. chiranjeevi welcomed Balayya’s statement that he will contest against him. The moot question is – how and where? chiranjeevi is lobbying for a Rajya Sabha seat so that he can become a central minister. So there is no way Balayya can contest against Chiru!
